ITT Educational Services, Inc. Assists Dress for Success

Aug 23, 2016

CARMEL, Ind. (August 23, 2016) — ITT Educational Services, Inc. employees volunteered their time to help Dress for Success Indianapolis prepare for its annual fundraiser Stepping Out in Style and hosted a women’s suit and accessory drive to support the organization this month.

“We’re always grateful that we can participate with such a great cause,” said Kevin M. Modany, CEO of ITT Educational Services, Inc. “To help empower local women is particularly rewarding. Many of our non-traditional students are seeking to better themselves through education and community service.”

Dress for Success is an international not-for-profit organization that empowers women to achieve economic independence by providing a network of support, professional attire and the development tools to help women thrive in work and in life.

Since starting operations in 1997, Dress for Success has expanded to almost 150 cities in 20 countries and has helped more than 925,000 women work toward self-sufficiency.

The Indianapolis affiliate’s goal this fall is to raise $200,000.

Leslie Smith, who is the Suits for Success program manager, said her organization relies on the time of others to continue with their goals.

“With support, we’re able to offer our programs and services to more than 1,200 women each year,” Smith said. “We truly depend on community. Thank you to ITT Educational Services for its dedication to our mission.”
